SECTION 8 - DIGITAL COMPANION MATERIALS & FREE RESOURCES

We may offer downloadable, printable, or digital activity materials (such as our Digital Companion Packets accessible via website download or QR code) designed to supplement our published books. These materials are optional resources offered to enrich the reading experience and are not required to complete or enjoy the physical or digital book. Access to these digital resources is free and available to adults only, such as parents, guardians, or educators who have purchased the book or borrowed/checked it out from a public, school, or community library. To access or download these digital materials, you may be required to sign up by providing a valid email address or creating a free account. No secondary purchase is necessary. Upon registration, WagAlong Ltd. Co. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and print copies of the digital activity packets strictly for personal, household, or individual single-classroom educational use. You may not modify, re-sell, bundle, sub-license, host on third-party public servers, or commercially exploit any digital companion materials or their individual contents without our prior written consent. Digital companion resources are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain access to these resources, we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any free digital downloads or platform access at any time without notice or liability.

 WagAlong is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with WagAlong Ltd. Co. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and WagAlong, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. Furthermore, for orders involving our debut book, Amazon KDP serves as the third-party merchant and fulfillment provider; WagAlong is not responsible for Amazon’s fulfillment processes, platform errors, or shipping delays.

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and understand how your information is used.

Our failure to exercise any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WagAlong Ltd. Co. regarding the use of the Services.

SECTION 23 - PRODUCT SAFETY AND PROPER USE

23.1 Note on Current Offerings: We are currently in a brand growth phase. Our debut offering is a children’s book fulfilled via Amazon KDP. Our future line of curated pet wares is currently in development.

23.2 Safety & Care: Once our full line of pet wares launches, all products will be subject to specific safety instructions, weight limits, or maintenance requirements. You agree to adhere to all provided instructions or guides for any product purchased to ensure the longevity of the goods.

23.3 Future Product Development: WagAlong is currently curating a high-end line of pet wares. Any specifications, weight ratings, or materials mentioned in current promotional documentation are subject to change. Please refer to the specific documentation included with your product at the time of future purchase for final specifications.

23.4 Supervision & Safety: Our future pet goods are professional-grade and are not toys. You agree that they will not be used by or left within reach of unsupervised minors. 23.5 Assumption of Risk: By using our products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use. WagAlong is not liable for damages resulting from a failure to follow provided instructions.

SECTION 24 - MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS OF SERVICE

By opting into WagAlong's mobile text alerts, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders, new book releases, and everyday pet lifestyle updates) from WagAlong Ltd. Co. at the mobile number provided when you signed up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the shortcode or number from which you received the message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message, and after that, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply HELP for assistance, or reach out to us directly at admin@wagalongus.com We may modify or discontinue any shortcode or telephone number we use to operate the messaging service at any time. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and overarching Terms of Service.

You may not transfer or assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms at our discretion.
